Update 1.0.3

Here some more fixes and improvements.

• Fixed the problem with not playing the left strafe animation

• Changed flashing skin effect a bit

• Fixed camera clipping

• Add some post processing effects

• Made some minor lighting changes to title screen

• Fixed some animation transitions

• Changed players skin tone a bit
